Career Highlights
Harsh Monga, a university gold medalist in B. Pharma, began his professional journey with Pfizer before expanding into IT and online learning as a master franchisee. He later advanced into leadership roles across top insurance firms and NIS Sparta (Reliance Group). With extensive cross-industry experience in Pharmaceuticals, Telecom, IT/ITES, BFSI, Automotive, Petroleum, Medical Devices, and Education, Harsh has built and led high-impact training functions — notably establishing the business training division at Tata Communications and spearheading capability and coaching initiatives at Dr. Reddy’s for over 13 years as Head of Capability & Coaching Practice. Today, he leads LeaderLab™, a boutique consulting firm dedicated to leadership development, capability building, and executive coaching.
